Biography

Ying Hui is a Senior Associate at the firm. She has acted for insurers in defending motor, work injury, public liability, professional indemnity, fire, water damage, business interruption, CAR, and IAR claims at various Court levels. Ying Hui has also advised insurers on policy wordings and coverage disputes.

Aside from insurance, Ying Hui’s experience in litigation also includes high value complex commercial disputes as well as family disputes involving high net worth individuals.

Ying Hui is a Solicitor & Advocate of the Supreme Court of Singapore and is a Member of the Law Society of Singapore.
